|HAS GOD FORSAKEN THE JEWS?
Many Christians actually believe that God has rejected the Jewish people. But the very
existence of the Jewish people is an historic proof that there is a God. Prior to the
declaration of the State of Israel in 1948, the Jews were expelled from more than
eighty countries. After 2,000 years the Jewish people have returned to and occupied
the land that God promised to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and his descendants. The Bible
predicted that this would happen.
In the Six Day War of 1967 (June 7, 1967) Jerusalem was liberated from Gentile
control. Yahshua said that Jerusalem would be trodden down by the Gentiles until the
time of the Gentiles was over (Luke 21-24). Since this time thousands of Jews have
come to the knowledge of the Messiah. Think about what this means to the Church
The movement of the Holy Spirit for the 21st Century is to Restore and Rebuild the
Church upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, which is the written Torah!
It is also the structural foundation of Christianity as preached by Peter and Paul.
No. God has never forsaken His people and the Jews did not kill 'Jesus' as the Catholic
religion claims. We all killed the Messiah by our sins. That is why Yahshua, the Son of
God came to redeem all mankind. I believe even your Scriptures stated that the
Messiah lay down His life of His own accord. No one took it from Him.
The new covenant includes both Jew and Gentile, but was not instituted at the 'Last
Supper'. It could not be instituted until His 'sacrifice' on the altar, i.e. His death. His
resurrection made Him the Executor of the new covenant. Jehovah is a surrogate name
as is the name of Jesus. I again invite you to read my books and learn just exactly what
Christianity really is, a Jewish religion!
